Food Lifeline

What we offer

Food Lifeline, a project of ZSV Trust, was established in 1997 and has become the recognised source for Kosher food provision to members of the Jewish community who are in need, but are unable to access mainstream services, such as food banks, due to cultural restrictions and dietary laws. Food Lifeline operates across London, with a particular focus on Hackney, Haringey, Barnet; Canvey Island in Essex; Westcliffe in Kent; Salford and Prestwich in Greater Manchester and Gateshead in Tyne and Wear. Beneficiaries are the disabled, elderly, single mums, families and children, who are struggling financially due to family crisis including unemployment, onset of sudden illness, marital problems or any other dysfunction that may arise in a family setting.
